Pigmented Skin

Sunlight, skin ageing and heredity are some of the main factors that impact skin pigmentation.

As soon as you reach your thirties, they can disturb the melanin synthesis and distribution mechanism. Melanin, which is the pigment responsible for your skin colour, is then irregularly distributed throughout your skin, and accumulates on the skin's surface.

This results in uneven skin pigmentation, with spots appearing on the surface.
